What is Blogging?
The term blog somes from the word “web Log” and is an abbreviation. The term blog refers to an entry that is similar to a journal or diary entry but is recorded in cyber space for the public to read. When a person writes and posts their opinions or thoughts on a small website it is called a blog. Blog posts are what these are called and are updated regularly by the blogger. This is what we call blogging. The term blogger not only refers to the one who is the author of the blogs but it also refers to those who respond to the posts.
Those who are new to blogging may find it to be confusing since there is no real format to blogging. Almost anything goes in blogging. One can use any kind of language or writing style as well as adding audio and video to a blog. Any subject can be discussed in a blog it is up to the blogger. A blogger can write about their family, the lastest news and headlines, or the issues of the day. Some blogs are very simple and some are more elaborate. Since there is no real format required most people who blog write very informally.

Some blogs generate publicity and draw many followers to their blog page by writing extremely controversial blog posts. Often the views are written to get attention, although sometimes the views are indeed genuine.
Some bloggers use the blog forum as calls to action, or to voice their thoughts or opinions.There are many bloggers on the internet because there is no cost to have a blog. If you’re new to blogging there are many websites out there that are more than willing to give help with blogging. There are websites where one can not only have a place to post thoughts but also help anyone who wants to design their own blog page.
So who really blogs? And the answer to that question if EVERYONE.There are people who blog from all over the world and all walks of life. Both the young and old do blogging. People blog who have various experiences, different levels of knowledge, and all manner of opinions. If your blog happens to attract a lot of followers then you can use your popularity to earn an income through blogging. How it’s done is by having ads put on your blog. Blogging is a lot of fun and it has become very popular.
